Terms of Service DOTPAY :

1 ) Placing an order is tantamount to consent to the storage and processing by AB -RENT personal data contained in the order form , in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection Journal No. 133, item . 883

2 ) In case of cancellation , and depending on the amount of the payment due for the rental car is returned to your account or card of the reservation .

3) In the event of any change or cancellation , the person making the booking shall submit the information in writing and receive confirmation of each change by the service provider .

4 ) If the person making the booking does not arrive or does not use the reserved services , without making the necessary changes , bear the cost of 100 % of the total cost of the reservation .

5 ) If the person making the booking report giving less than 7 days before the first day of commencement of the rental vehicle or other services , bear the cost of 100 % of the total cost of the reservation .

6 ) If the person making the booking report giving more than 7 days before the first day of commencement of the rental vehicle or other services , bear the cost of 50% of total costs .

7 ) If the person making the booking report giving more than 30 days before the first day of commencement of the rental vehicle or other services , bear the cost of 25% of total costs .
